PUTIN’S RARE ENDORSEMENT
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin offered uncommon praise to the American President, Joe Biden, addressing him to be a “Professional” that is absolutely knowledgeable in all issues. Putin’s rare endorsement of Biden.
This praise was uncommon to the public because Russian media has been portraying President Joe Biden as a weak person who is not really up to the presidency job and might not last through the presidency.
This same media had earlier portrayed him as someone who was struggling both physically and mentally to do his job as a President.
However, Putin’s praise came the following day after he had had a long-awaited summit with his counterpart, the American President, Biden which happened to be their first summit ever since President Joe Biden assumed office in January 2021.

SUMMIT BETWEEN BIDEN AND PUTIN
The long-awaited summit between the two presidents was held on the 16th of June, in Geneva a city in Switzerland.
During the meeting, discussions were made concerning the arms control and U.S. allegations on Russian cyber-attack, hoping to find areas of agreement.
Also, discussions on finding stable and predictable relations, and diplomacy among others were made.

PUTIN’S RARE PRAISE FOR BIDEN
On the 17th of June, 2021, when President Putin, through a video conference, was addressing the fourth group of the Management Personnel.
Pool Programme that was launched in 2017, aimed at training management personnel for regional and federal jobs; he spoke to the graduate school of Public Administration at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration, and congratulated them.
When asked about his meeting with the U.S. President, Biden, he answered them by adding that Biden is a Professional who is well knowledgeable about every issue. Putin’s rare endorsement of Biden.
Putin went further to say that the Russian media’s presentation of Joe Biden’s image was a wrong image and does not correspond to reality.
He said that he understood Biden as much as Biden understood him too, and where each other stood on key issues.
In his words that were translated, he said;
” This image of President Biden which is pictures by Russian-U.S. media does not correspond to reality.
This image of him can feel discouraging but there is no need to be discouraged because president Biden is a professional and he should be very precise while working with him so as not to miss anything.
He doesn’t miss anything. I repeat once again, he is focused. He comprehends what he needs to accomplish and arrives at it ably. You can instantly sense it.”
Also, during an interview with NBC earlier, President Vladimir Putin compared President Joe Biden to U.S. ex-president, Donald Trump.
There he described Trump to be a Talented Colorful Individual, and then Biden to be a Radically Different President.
Thus, he described Biden of such esteem regarding his (Putin’s rare endorsement of Biden) experience of serving the public and having an amazing political background – being a Senator for thirty-six (36) years, to being a vice president for eight (8) years, and now a president.
