GLENCOE, Minn. (WCCO) — 5 college students have been injured when a college bus was rear-ended by a dump truck on Tuesday morning close to Glencoe.
Glencoe College District officers say that 16 college students have been on the bus, and 5 of them have been taken to a close-by hospital for minor accidents. The truck driver and the bus driver — a 71-year-old man from Cushing and a 63-year-old lady from Glencoe — weren’t injured, in response to the Minnesota State Patrol.
“At present, as with day-after-day, I’m grateful for our bus drivers and the large accountability they’ve every day,” Sonju stated. “This can be a sobering reminder of the significance of secure driving.”
The crash passed off on Freeway 22, simply west of Glencoe.
