“A lawyer and businessman by commerce, Mr. Setlakwe was an energetic, beneficiant, and well-respected member of the neighborhood in his hometown of Thetford Mines, Quebec, and past. “On behalf of the Authorities of Canada, Sophie and I provide our deepest condolences to Mr. Setlakwe’s household, mates, former colleagues, and the folks of Quebec.”
