To show our commitment to you and to assist with your transition into our organization, we will also offer up to a $10,000 sign-on and $5,000 in relocation assistance for experienced therapists.

You.

You bring your body, mind, heart and spirit to your work as a Licensed Therapist (West Pines Substance Use-Intensive Outpatient Program- IOP).

Your compassion is tangible: whether its in support of your patients, their families or your colleagues.

Youre equally comfortable working with groups, families individuals, but you recognize and are passionate about the power of the  group in supporting patients recovering from chemical use disorders.

Youre great at what you do and enjoy being part of a team with a shared mission based on caring, integrity and excellence.

Us.

Conveniently located just west of Denver in Wheat Ridge, we offer complete behavioral health services for people who are experiencing addiction, substance use and mental health conditions. Our qualified medical and clinical teams also offer treatment for people who are affected by both substance use disorders and an emotional or psychiatric disorder. Our holistic approach to treatment focuses on our patients physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being.

West Pines Behavioral Health at Lutheran Medical Center is part of SCL Health, a faith-based, nonprofit healthcare organization that focuses on person-centered care. Our tight knit team specializes in helping adults ages 18 and older with psychiatric or addiction concerns.

Benefits are one of the ways we encourage health for you and your family. Our generous package includes medical, dental and vision coverage. But health is more than a well-working body: it encompasses body, mind and social well-being. To that end, weve launched a Healthy Living program to address your holistic health. Healthy Living includes financial incentives, digital tools, tobacco cessation, classes, counseling and paid time off. We also offer financial wellness tools and retirement planning.

We.

Together well align mission and careers, values and workplace. Well encourage joy and take pride in our integrity.

Well laugh at each others jokes (even the bad ones). Well hello and high five. Well celebrate milestones and acknowledge the value of spirituality in healing.

Were proud of what we know, which includes how much there is to learn.
