UPDATE (CBS46) — The Atlanta Police Division tells CBS46 that the kid killed whereas trick-or-treating in Atlanta final evening was an 11-year-old boy.
Police haven’t launched the kid’s id presently.
The boy was struck and killed by a car simply after 8 p.m. Sunday evening. APD says, at this level of their investigation, they don’t anticipate any prices in opposition to the driving force.

ATLANTA (CBS46) — A younger boy was struck and killed in southeast Atlanta whereas trick-or-treating Sunday evening.
Round 8:21 p.m., officers responded to a pedestrian struck by a car name on Memorial Drive SE.
After they arrived, officers positioned a boy who was hit by a car.
The kid was transported to the hospital the place he later died.
Our crew on the location stated there may be sweet on the bottom close to the scene.
The driving force concerned stayed on the scene and is cooperating with police.
