HUNTINGTON, Ind. (WISH) — The Huntington County Humane Society is asking for assist finding the proprietor of two underweight canines who have been discovered deserted at Salamonie Reservoir.

The shelter mentioned that the 2 pups — one male and one feminine — have urine burns, extreme flea infestations and worms. They have been discovered coated in a combination of mud and feces, and the feminine canine is alleged to have chemical burns down your complete aspect of her physique.
