College students on a faculty bus in northern Alberta escaped critical accidents Tuesday after some logs impaled the aspect of the automobile they have been travelling in.
A semi-trailer hauling wooden was making a flip on the intersection of Freeway 18 and Freeway 33 within the city of Barrhead, 120 kilometres north of Edmonton, when a few logs fell off the trailer, placing the bus, police mentioned.
The accident occurred at round 8:30 a.m. MT, RCMP mentioned in a information launch.
The bus was stopped on the intersection when the accident occurred, based on a press release posted by the Pembina Hills College Division on its web site.
RCMP mentioned neither the semi-truck driver nor any of the varsity bus occupants have been injured. The varsity division later mentioned one pupil was taken to hospital as a precaution.

“All dad and mom and employees are requested to proceed to watch college students who have been concerned on this incident,” the assertion mentioned.
“We’re so grateful that nobody was injured. The varsity division will proceed to offer assist for college kids and households in consideration of their emotional wants as a result of this incident.”
The semi-truck’s driver faces costs for the automobile being chubby and improperly loaded, mentioned an RCMP spokesperson.
